Mr. Hehir is a Managing Partner of Trinity Investments. Mr. Hehir is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Investments and Trinity Fund Advisors LLC. Mr. Hehir oversees the firms’ investment activities, including sourcing and executing investment opportunities, formulating investment strategies, and structuring acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Hehir worked for HVS International.

Mr. Hehir received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Diploma in Hotel Administration from the Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. He is a board member of the Hawaii Business Roundtable, the Hawaii Chapter of The Nature Conservancy, and an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. Dickhens is a Principal and Managing Partner of Trinity Investments. Mr. Dickhens is responsible for overseeing and managing Trinity’s investment strategies. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Dickhens served on the Board of Directors of Seibu Properties and Kyo-ya Pacific Company, and worked for Prince Resorts Hawaii, Kyo-ya Company LLC, Vail Resorts Development Company, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Marriott International.

Mr. Dickhens received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration, with Honors, from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on the Board of Trustees of Punahou School..

Mr. Neibart is the Chairman and Senior Partner of Trinity Investments. Mr. Neibart is responsible for developing and advancing Trinity’s global investment strategies and fundraising efforts. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Neibart worked for Ares Management LLC’s Real Estate Group, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, NRDC Equity Partners and Robert Martin Company.

Mr. Neibart received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from New York University. He is a member of the Advisory Board of The Real Estate Institute of New York University.

Mr. Donn is a Managing Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Trinity Investments. Mr. Donn is responsible for leading Trinity’s transactional activity, including due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Donn worked for Hotel Capital Advisers, Inc., Lehman Brothers, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a former instructor of New York University’s graduate hospitality program.

Mr. Donn received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a concentration in real estate. He is a Cornell Tradition Fellow, a past member of the Cornell University Council, and a former chair of the Dean’s Council of Young Alumni for the Cornell Hotel School. He is a Pacific Century Fellow.

Craig Lovett is a Managing Director of Development at Trinity Investments. Mr. Lovett oversees Trinity’s development management team and is responsible for formulating strategy and delivery of all design, construction, and development activities. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Lovett worked for Medland Metropolis Engineers, WSP, Prince Resorts Hawaii, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Tanenbaum is a Managing Director of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. Tanenbaum is responsible for overseeing the asset management function of the company’s hotels on the East Coast of the United States focused on value optimization. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Tanenbaum worked for Starwood Capital Group, Park Hotels and Resorts, Inc., and DiamondRock Hospitality Company, as well as launched and ran for nearly a decade his own independent consultancy, Madison Hotel Advisors, LLC.

Mr. Tanenbaum received a Bachelor of Science Degree with High Distinction in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Chen is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments. Ms. Chen is responsible for sourcing and executing transactions of the firm, including acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Ms. Chen worked for JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group and Burba Hotel Network (BHN).

Ms. Chen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University where she specialized in real estate.

Mr. DiCello is a Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. DiCello is responsible for providing asset management services to Trinity’s investments with a focus of value creation. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. DiCello worked for Arthur Andersen LLP, Marriott International, Park Hotels and Resorts, Inc., Starwood Capital Group, and Brookfield Properties.

Mr. DiCello received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The University of Indiana of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ishida is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments. Mr. Ishida is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Ishida worked for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotel & Hospitality Group and GCA Savvian Advisors.

Mr. Ishida received a Bachelor’s Degree, summa cum laude, from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.

Ms. Sugarman is a Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Ms. Sugarman is responsible for overseeing Trinity’s asset management function by effectuating value-add, operational strategies and providing oversight of hotel financial performance. Prior to joining, Trinity Ms. Sugarman worked for CPG Hospitality, Alójica, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Sugarman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in Latin American Studies

Ms. Antonioudaki is a Vice President of Development at Trinity Investments. Ms. Antonioudaki is responsible for Trinity’s design, construction, and development activities across Europe. Prior to joining Trinity Investments worked for London & Regional Hotels and Hilton Worldwide.

Ms. Antonioudaki holds a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Master in Architecture from National Technical University of Athens.

Ms. Banks is a Vice President at Trinity Investments. Ms. Banks is responsible for overseeing investor relations with limited partners and strategic co-investors around the world. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Banks worked for CIM Group and Starwood Capital Group.

Ms. Banks received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.

Ms. Hendrick is a Vice President of Finance at Trinity Investments. Ms. Hendrick is responsible for financial operations and management of Trinity’s European investments and partnerships. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Ms. Hendrick worked for Oaktree Capital Management (UK) LLP., and H.I.G. Capital.

Ms. Hendrick received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting from the National College of Ireland and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Ms. Kawashima is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments. Ms. Kawashima is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities across Europe. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Kawashima worked for Savills Hotel Capital Markets, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotel & Hospitality Group, and Merrill Lynch Japan Securities.

Ms. Kawashima received a Bachelor’s Degree from School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University, Tokyo. She is fluent in Japanese, German, and English.

Mr. Lynch is a Vice President of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. Lynch is responsible for providing asset management services to Trinity’s investments with a focus on value creation. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Lynch worked at BRE Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Mr. Lynch received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Hotel Management from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada, and a Master of Management degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.

Mr. Monahan is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments. Mr. Monahan is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Monahan worked for Westmont Hospitality Group and Sunstone Hotel Investors.

Mr. Monahan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.

Ms. Yoon is a Vice President of Strategic Planning at Trinity Investments. Ms. Yoon is responsible for overseeing strategic asset management projects for Trinity’s growing portfolio, including the planning and operations of food and beverage, retail, club, spa, and other value-add capital and operational initiatives. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Yoon worked for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, HVS International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Hillstone Restaurant Group.

Ms. Yoon received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where she specialized in hotel real estate finance. She is fluent in Korean.

Mr. Austin is a Director of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. Austin is responsible for providing asset management services and overseeing strategic initiatives for Trinity’s investment activities across Europe. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Austin worked for KSL Capital Partners, Global Data, Blakes Management, Caprice Holdings, and The Birley Group.

Mr. Austin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, and a Master’s Degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University where he specialized in strategy and real estate.

Ms. Hu is a Director at Trinity Investments. Ms. Hu is responsible for executing value-add renovations of Trinity’s investments, with a focus on design and construction, by providing management through all stages of development. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Hu worked for Boardwalk Investments and AECOM.

Ms. Hu received a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Auckland, and a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. She is fluent in Mandarin.

Ms. Keenan is a Director at Trinity Investments. Ms. Keenan is responsible for managing the renovation of Trinity’s hospitality repositioning projects. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Keenan worked for Continental Contractors, Inc.

Sean McNaboe is a Director of Development at Trinity Investments. Mr. McNaboe is responsible for the design, construction, and development of Trinity’s assets on the East Coast. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. McNaboe worked for Sunstone Hotel Investors.

Ms. Fujii is a Director of Finance – Development at Trinity Investments. Ms. Fujii is responsible for overseeing development financial operations for capital plans across various assets. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Ms. Fujii worked for Rider Levett Bucknall and Kiewit Building Group.

Ms. Fujii received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.

Mrs. Weldon is a Director of Acquisitions at Trinity Investments. Mrs. Weldon is primarily responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities, in addition to assisting with the management of Trinity’s portfolio. Prior to joining Trinity, Mrs. Weldon worked for Wells Fargo Securities.

Mrs. Weldon received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she double majored in Finance and Chinese.

Mr. Manson is the Director of Finance in Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. Manson is responsible for overseeing Trinity’s financial operations and analyzing financial data to inform investment strategies and maximize shareholder value. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Manson worked for TruAmerica Multifamily and Kennedy Wilson.

Mr. Manson received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a concentration in Economics. He is an active member of LACRA, NAIOP, and ULI.

Mr. Shen is a Director of Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments. Mr. Shen is responsible for providing asset management services for Trinity’s existing portfolio. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Shen worked for hotelAVE, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotel & Hospitality Group, and Hilton Worldwide Holdings.

Mr. Shen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University.

Ms. Denby-Jones is an Associate at Trinity Investments. Ms. Denby-Jones is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of investment opportunities across Europe, as well as portfolio management. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Denby-Jones worked at Northwood Investors and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Denby-Jones received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oxford and a Master’s Degree from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Han is an Associate at Trinity Investments. Ms. Han is primarily responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Han worked for Ohana Real Estate Investors.

Ms. Han received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management from Sookmyung Women’s University, and a Master’s Degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, with a minor in real estate. She is fluent in Korean.

Mr. Hobbs is an Associate at Trinity Investments. Mr. Hobbs is primarily responsible for supporting Trinity’s acquisition efforts, in addition to assisting with the management of Trinity’s portfolio. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Mr. Hobbs worked for Kroll.

Mr. Hobbs received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Dartmouth College, with a minor in Markets, Management, and the Economy.

Ms. Lewin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.

Ms. Hazelrigg is a Strategic Operations Senior Analyst at Trinity Investments. Ms. Hazelrigg is responsible for providing asset management services for Trinity’s existing portfolio. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Ms. Hazelrigg worked for BRE Hotels and Resorts.

Ms. Hazelrigg received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.

Ms. Lieber is a Strategic Operations Senior Analyst at Trinity Investments. She is responsible for providing asset management services across Trinity’s portfolio. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Ms. Lieber received an MBA from The Wharton School where she majored in Real Estate. Over the course of her MBA, she gained valuable experience working with hospitality-focused companies. Before pivoting into hospitality, Genevieve was a consultant at Accenture Strategy. She received her undergraduate BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Miki is a Senior Analyst at Trinity Investments. Ms. Miki focuses on Trinity’s asset and portfolio management. Prior to joining Trinity, Ms. Miki worked for Kamehameha Schools.

Ms. Miki received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Mr. Vass is an Analyst at Trinity Investments. Mr. Vass is primarily responsible for supporting Trinity’s acquisition efforts and assisting in the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of Trinity’s investment activities. Prior to joining Trinity Investments, Mr. Vass worked at CBRE and Newmark.

Mr. Vass received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in real estate.
